Project Abstract
The purpose of this scope of work is to support the Iowa Department of Transportation through ad hoc implementation of the methods developed in a draft report for project NCHRP 22-44: A Transportation Agency Data Collection Practice for Use with In-Service Performance Evaluations (ISPEs). This may include analysis of data related to traffic barrier elements and roadside hardware such as crash cushions, steel beam, cable, concrete barriers, break away signs, breakaway light poles, etc.
